It's no real surprise why everyone is so worried about answering this really hard interview question. A lot of people feel like they're put on the spot. In a way they are. The hiring manager is being a little sneaky and is trying to weed out some of your weaker areas.

The thing to do is to remain calm and be honest. Don't feel like you can't talk about some of your actual true to life weaknesses. However make sure they are work-related and be sure to remember this one major tip. Don't bring up any weaknesses that have to do with the essential skills needed for the specific job opening you're interviewing for.

Obviously if you bring up a weakness that will get in the way of you performing your job correctly then you're sunk. The biggest weakness job interview question can be handled with ease if you make sure to make the interviewer know that you are working on conquering it.

As you'll see in the video chat room I can have been touring the country helping people from all job backgrounds nail their job interviews and get job offers. in this video they are interviewed by their favorite talk show host Stephen who may be a bit of a stick in the mud but he means well despite all his cheesy jokes.

The key thing to remember when answering.the what is your greatest weakness interview question is to stay confident maintain polite eye contact and talk truthfully about some of your weaknesses. As long as you say with confidence that you're dealing with your weaknesses and that you make it clear by choosing weaknesses that are not important to the core of the job opening you're interviewing for you will be just fine.

Did you know there's a trick to knowing exactly what to say in interview? Jeff and Mike teach the proven method used by the top job seekers in the world to book jobs. This method allows you to zero in on exactly what the company is looking for allowing you to become their perfect candidate.

For your convenience here is a transcript of this video (http://ift.tt/1f56bbz) :

MIKE

Hello, I'm Mike and this is my friend Jeff. But you probably know us as the Interview Guys.

JEFF

Today we are going to talk to you about one of the most important parts of the interview process, the Phone Interview, sometimes called a screening interview. This is often the first step in the interview process, where the company wants to go through a "feeling out" process with you so they can get a feel for the type of person you are.

MIKE

That's right Jeff. It's also a good time for the company to ask questions regarding certain requirements, like willingness to relocate, or travel, or any salary restrictions. This allows them to eliminate any candidates that won't fit their basic requirements so that they do not waste anyone's time by bringing them in for an in-person interview. After that, a lot of the questions can be similar to those asked by company's that only do in person interviews.

Okay, so there are a lot of questions that could be asked in Phone Interviews, so Jeff and I thought we would give you our list of the Top 5 most commonly asked Phone Interview Questions. The main thing to remember when answering these questions is that it's not about you, it's about them.

JEFF

Mike's right. Each question you are asked is an opportunity for you to show that you are the Perfect Candidate for the position, and you can do this by infusing your answers with the qualities, or strengths, that the company desires. Watch to the end of the video and you can find out more about how to do this. But now, on to the list!

MIKE

Number one our list is "Tell me about yourself", which you can almost guarantee will be asked on your interview. You want to answer this question by identifying the key qualities that the company is looking for in their perfect candidate and infuse those into your answer. The second part is to use an accomplishment or success story from your past to give an example of when you exemplified that quality.

JEFF

Second on our list is "Why did you apply for this job"? In this question, the interviewer is trying to get a feel for your intentions and learn about how enthusiastic you are about the company and the position. Remember not to make your answer all about you. This is another opportunity for you to target the company's desired qualities, but more importantly, show the company what you are going to do for them.

MIKE

Number three on our list is "Why are you thinking of leaving your current position?" If it was because you left voluntarily, then reference a specific characteristic that the company you are interviewing for has that you are attracted to (one that your previous employer doesn't have). If you were let go, be honest and explain the situation and own it. Explain what you learned from the experience, because the interviewer just wants to see that you dealt with it and are a better person because of it.

JEFF

Fourth on our list is "What are your key strengths and weaknesses"? For the strength, be specific and tell a brief work related example of you exhibiting that strength. Again pick an example and a strength that is based on your knowledge of what they're looking for. For the weakness question, be honest and show that you have taken steps to correct the weakness. But remember, be sure not to choose a weakness that is one of the basic requirements of the job.

MIKE

And finally, the number 5 most common question is "Do you have any questions for me/us?" By preparing some targeted questions to ask, you're showing the interviewer that you are somebody who is genuinely interested in the company. This is also another opportunity for you to find out what their requirements and hopes are, and trying to align your experience and accomplishments with what it is that they put high value in.

We hope this video from Jeff & Mike "The Interview Guys" gives you a few useful tips when it comes to getting ready for your job interview. Some of these may seem like common sense but you would be surprised how many people miss them.

Here's the transcript of the video (http://ift.tt/L06V8z) your convenience:

JEFF

Hi, I'm Jeff. And this is my friend Mike. You probably know us as the Interview Guys.

MIKE

Today we're coming to you live from Jeff's apartment, where we're going to teach you five great ways to prepare for a job interview. And make

sure you watch the video all the way to the end because we've got a big surprise for you. Okay Jeff, what's our first job preparation tip?

JEFF

Our first tip may seem obvious, but it's amazing how many people don't follow it. Tip #1 is that you always need

to be well rested. That means no all-night cramming sessions!

You need to be alert when you are in the room, so

that you are able to give clear and concise answers and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Okay, I've got to go get changed for my interview. Mike, can you handle the next tip?

MIKE

Sure Jeff. Job preparation Tip #2 is to dress for the job. If you're interviewing for an office job, you don't want to go in wearing beach clothes, and if you're

going for an interview to be a lifeguard, you don't want to wear a suit. Dressing as you would at the job you are interviewing for will help the interviewer envision you

in the roll already, which can only help you get the job!

JEFF

Okay I'm ready for my interview!

MIKE

Uhhh, Jeff? What did you do to your hair? And what are you wearing?

JEFF

I'm going for a Bank Teller at Citibank. Do you like my shirt?

MIKE

Yeah, it's really cool. But i'm not sure the bank is going to think so. This, folks, is an example of what not to wear. Okay Jeff, while you go

change back into the proper attire, I'll do tip # 3.

MIKE

Our third job preparation technique is to clean up your online presence (social media). Companies today are being more and more thorough when doing

background checks on their potential candidates, and this includes Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles. Make sure you don't have any

incriminating photos or bad language written on your wall!

JEFF

Job preparation Tip #4 is to figure out where you are going, how long it is going to take and the transportation options available. You don't want to be late! One thing

is for sure...if you are late, you have already taken yourself out of the running for the position. It's always good to give yourself about 30 minutes of extra time.

Worst case scenario you get to prepare a little more while you wait!

MIKE

Our final tip is the most important one...you need to practice! It's important to prepare and practice examples of interview questions, but you don't just want to give cookie

cutter answers that you find on the internet. You want to tailor your answers to the company you are interviewing with, and you do that by infusing

your answers with the qualities, or strengths and abilities, that the company you are interviewing with values.

JEFF

Don't worry, because we can show you exactly how to tailor your answers like we mentioned in Tip #5! Because we've prepared a special report that explains

our tailoring method completely and outlines exactly how to prepare perfect answers to every interview question.

Here's the report:

Tamil Nadu is unlikely to throw up any surprises this time where Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa-led ruling All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) looks stronger and is expected to maintain its lead in the Lok Sabha elections.

While the AIADMK is expected to win 15-23, the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) 7-13, Congress 1-5 and others may bag 4-10 seats according to the projections provided by Chennai Mathematical Institute's Director Professor Rajeeva Karandikar.
